Precision Liquid Eyeliner is a high-definition matte liquid liner with a fine, elongated, flexible felt tip, formulated with Caffeine, Panax Ginseng Root Extract, and Arginine to deliver precise, longwearing definition while nourishing the delicate lash line. The flexible felt tip gives precise control over line weight, from a hairline stroke for subtle definition, to a layered build for a bold, dramatic look. The richly pigmented matte formula applies cleanly, dries quickly, and holds without smudging or transferring throughout the day. Available in Black and Dark Brown. The elongated tip makes it easier to access the root of the lashes and create a close, clean line, including a freehand winged or cat-eye flick.

Beyond pigment, the formula contains a distinctive nourishing complex for the lash and eye area. Caffeine helps calm visible puffiness and perk up the appearance of the eye area. How to Use

1. Shake gently before use. Start at the inner corner and apply the liner as close to the lash roots as possible, working outward.
2. For a thin line, use a light touch with the tip; for a bolder look, press slightly and layer.
3. For a wing, use the outer corner of your eyebrow as a visual angle guide; draw a short upward flick, then connect back to the lash line. A strip of tape at the outer eye creates a clean straight edge.
4. For beginners: place small dots or dashes along the lash line first, then connect them for a clean, even line.
